Practice Description
I help people with depression relieve their symptoms naturally through maximizing the body's potential to heal itself. I do this by taking a thorough health history, looking at the last 2 years of lab work if available, and puzzle piecing the interconnectedness between your symptoms to create a plan for wellness.
I work virtually with patients one-on-one, guiding them in mindset work, lifestyle management, targeted supplementation for nutritional deficiencies, and scientific testing to relieve their symptoms and achieve wellness. I also have a background in mental health as a Recovery Support Peer Specialist. This gives me a unique perspective with lived experience to help other people move forward on their mental health recovery journeys.
